Is Corn Keto Friendly

No! Corn is a grain and high in carbs. So corn on the cob, sweet corn, and all processed products like corn flakes, chips, and tortillas are not keto-friendly. If you follow a ketogenic diet where you eat about 20 grams of net carbs per day, you won’t be able to fit corn into your macros.
